سیستم VoIP درجهت تغییر چهره مخابرات

عصر ارتباطات راه دور به سرعت در حال رشد است بطوریکه تکنولوژی های جدید تر جایگزین قدیمی ترها شده و روش مدیریت در تجارت و سرمایه گذاری ها را تغییر داده است. همانطوریکه آنها در سطح جهانی رشد وتوسعه می یابند، ارتباطات صوتی روی فواصل طولانی  یک  امر پرخرج و هزینه بر شده است. سرویس VoIP در جهت تسهیل و توسعه ارتباطات صوتی پر هزینه در هر نقطه دنیا گسترش پیدا کرد. به تدریج با گرایش افراد به سمت این فن آوری، در آینده نزدیک VoIP به قالب  اصلی ارتباطات تبدیل می شود.
تمام آنچه که نیاز دارید یک پهنای باند با سرعت بالا است که بیشتر ما امروزه به آن دسترسی داریم ، هزینه فقط مبلغی خواهد بود که بطور معمول ماهیانه برای قبض تلفن پرداخت می کنیم. مدت زمان تماس به هیچ عنوان روی مبلغ تاثیرگذار نیست.
به این ترتیب آیا این نگرانی وجود دارد که سرویس VoIP در جهت تغییر شکل شیوه ای است که ما با یکدیگر ارتباط برقرار می کنیم ؟ بیایید نگاهی دقیق تر داشته باشیم و ببینیم سرویس VoIP حقیقتا چگونه کار می کند؟
در واقع VoIP مخفف عبارت Voice Over Internet Protocol  به معنای انتقال صدا بر بستر اینترنت است و برای درک مفهوم آن نیاز است تا اصول کلی این فن آوری را بفهمید. هنگامیکه یک تلفن استاندارد استفاده می شود، سیگنال های صوتی آنالوگ ( صدای انسان) بربستر مدار بسته ای که شبکه را می سازد انتقال داده می شوند.
سیستم های VoIP این سیگنال های صوتی آنالوگ را به سیگنال های دیجیتال تبدیل می کنند و این سیگنال ها در فرم پاکت های اطلاعاتی دیجیتالی شده ای هستند که بربستر یک اتصال اینترنتی با سرعت بالا انتقال داده می شوند. حجم داده ای که در هر ثانیه می تواند انتقال داده شود 100 بار بیشتر از حجم داده ای است که بربستر خطوط استانداردPSTN  انتقال داده می شود.
اساسا سه روش برای ایجاد تماس ها از طریق VoIP وجود دارد. برحسب نیازهای فردی، کاربران می توانند با هر متدی که انتخاب می کنند سازگار شوند.
در اولین روش، یک تلفن استاندارد درون سوکت یک آداپتور تلفن آنالوگ زده می شود که درست به همان ترتیبی کار می کند که داخل یک سوکت دیوار زده شده است و سپس به یک کامپیوتر متصل شده و یک نرم افزار کاربردی فعال می شود. این امر امکان انجام تماس های تلفنی از طریق شبکه VoIP را
فراهم می سازد.
تلفن های شبکه بسیار شبیه به تلفن های معمولی هستند به استثنای اینکه از کانکتور متفاوتی استفاده می کنند. تلفن های عادی از کانکتورهای RJ11، در حالیکه تلفن های شبکه از کانکتورهای RJ45 استفاده می کنند. اخیرا از کانکتورهای اترنت نیزاستفاده می کنند. تماس های VoIP، در هر جاییکه یک نقطه Wi-Fi یا محل اتصال اترنت قابل دسترس وجود دارد، انجام می شوند بطوریکه نرم افزار مورد نیاز از قبل نصب شده باشد.
کاربران کامپیوتر می توانند صرف نظر از مسافت با یکدیگر ارتباط برقرار کنند. تنها شرط آن، این است که فرد دیگرنیز باید یک کاربر VoIP با نرم افزار لازم و پهنای باند مناسب باشد. تماس های انجام شده به معنای واقعی رایگان هستند. یک هدست با هدفن درونی و یک مایکروفن تمام ابزاری هستند که برای صحبت کردن و گوش دادن احتیاج دارید.
امروزه استفاده از شبکه های VoIP بدون بکارگیری سخت افزارهای حجیم ویا هزینه اولیه برای افرادی که از تماس های پرهزینه برای موارد شخصی یا تجاری استفاده می کنند بسیار آسان شده است.
ویژگی های دیگری از قبیل انتقال تماس، ردیابی تماس، یادآوری کننده ها، شماره تماس گیرنده وجود دارند که می توانند جهت توسعه ارتباطات روی سیستم نصب شوند.
با پیشروی به سوی فردایی بهتر، فن آوریVoIP همچون انجام یک تماس تلفنی معمولی متداول خواهد شد.
